Task: Pitch Process for First Direct
Assignment Timescale: 3+ Months
The Observatory International was appointed by First Direct’s marketing and brand team to deliver an agency with strong strategic capabilities and proven creative credentials to rejuvenate the First Direct brand.
We looked across the UK to find agencies within the master HSBC roster who were able to fully demonstrate proven capabilities in the required deliverables combined with a challenger brand mentality to complement First Direct’s ambitions for 2020.
The process commenced in July and concluded with the appointment of The Brooklyn Brothers in late October 2019 following a competitive pitch process.
