Task: Search and selection to find a global customer engagement agency for skincare and beauty brand Aesop

Aesop sought an agency partner to assist then in the implementation of an innovative global recognition and replenishment programme. A non-UK centric offering and approach was essential. The Observatory International was appointed by Aesop to support them in this search and selection.
It was important that the appointed agency had capabilities in America, Europe and Asia. We sought independent and network agencies with international expertise and capabilities in implementing loyalty programmes, as well as developing subscription models.
