Creative Equals is a global not-for-profit consultancy. It believes that inclusion is the future. The Observatory International is pleased to support its objectives.
It uses a data-based approach to reveal systematic inequalities and apply cultural intuition to achieve true equity in the creative sector. This creates space for all voices to be present at the table, shape behaviour change and policy in the workplace.
It does this by consulting with stakeholders throughout the business: from the C-Suite to the people/HR teams, and learning and development, plus brand/marketing teams. Change only happens when everyone is on board. Its programmes have been funded by the Government Equalities Office who it continues to work with, plus it works alongside key industry and trade bodies to advocate for inclusion for all.
