Observatory International Newsletter – May 2022
Navigating out of a perfect storm
Recovery from the COVID pandemic. Exponential growth of digital. Lack of digital transformation capabilities. Talent drain. Inflation. Lack of agency capacity. And an horrific war in Europe…
Anyone of these elements in isolation has to be a major challenge for marketers. In combination they provide the industry with a perfect storm of major proportions.
To navigate your way out of a perfect storm means you need the right skill sets, focus, foresight and will. You also need a mighty strong vessel and the best possible multi-talented crew working in unison.
Observatory International Global Consultants Meeting – May in Paris
We’re really looking forward to meeting with our colleagues for our first in-person Global Consultants summit since 2019. We have representation at the meeting from our colleagues from the US, UK, France, Germany, South Africa and Hong Kong.
As always we anticipate an insightful and productive meeting where we get to discuss market trends and client challenges, exchange recent experience on best practice methodologies and case studies, as well as reviewing our new initiatives and service offerings. Subjects high on the agenda include global / local models and resourcing, recent developments in the agency landscape, production at scale, talent, DE&I and sustainability implications.
The collective experience and best practice that our Observatory offices’ summits enables us to share and deploy for our clients across the globe remains unparalleled.
