Project Completion – Asahi Super Dry
Task: Agency search and selection for a global creative agency for the Asahi Super Dry Brand
Situation: Asahi were operating with a number of agencies across the various channels of their Super Dry Brand and wanted to consolidate into a single digital-first and multi-disciplne Agency with a Global mindset.
Our Solution: The Observatory International undertook a thorough search and selection process of Agencies in multiple markets working closely with multi-country based Marketing and Procurement personnel.
Outcome: At the conclusion of the pitch process the account was awarded to 180 Amsterdam.
