Rob joined The Observatory International in 2020 bringing with him over 10 years of digital media agency experience from the Omnicom and Havas networks, where he specialised in driving digital transformation, developing martech solutions and implementing new collaborative working processes.
Since joining The Observatory International, Rob has applied his expertise in the convergence of digital media, technology and data to the design of client operating models and agency rosters for the likes of HEINEKEN, HSBC and Pernod Ricard Groupe, as well as supporting clients including Accor, Corby Canada, Asahi Super Dry and Gü desserts in Agency Selection processes.
He authored the WFA’s 2020 report on In-housing Trends and co-authored the 2021/22 WFA report on the Future of Agency Rosters. He also contributes to industry titles such as DigiDay, The Drum and Campaign.
Rob has a Masters in American History from Kent State University, Ohio and a BA in American Studies from the University of Leicester.
