Rob joined The Observatory International in 2020 bringing with him over 10 years’ of digital experience working in media agencies, first at Havas UK and then 7 years at Manning Gottlieb OMD. His focus during that time was on driving digital transformation and advancement, developing martech solutions and implementing new collaborative working processes to enable effective business growth.
Since joining The Observatory International, Rob has supported clients including Corby Canada and Gü desserts in Agency Selection processes as well as bringing recommendations on the convergence of digital media, technology and data to the design and operating models of agency rosters for the likes of HEINEKEN, HSBC and Pernod Ricard Groupe.
He authored the WFA’s 2020 report on In-housing Trends and co-authored the 2021/22 report on the Future of Agency Rosters.
Rob has a Masters in American History from Kent State University, Ohio and a BA in American Studies from the University of Leicester.
