The Observatory International has been selected to provide strategic advice to government departments and agencies.
The consultancy will work within a consortium of specialists led by global media advisor MediaSense to provide insight into Creative Agency eco-system design, pitch management and remuneration benchmarking as part of the consortium.
The brief from the Crown Commercial Service is to provide strategic advice that ensures government public information campaigns follow best practice in terms of ways of working and strategic approach.
