The Observatory International was appointed by BP to assist with the development of a global Agency model designed to deliver quality, agility, flexibility, customer-centricity and cost effectiveness for its Corporate, Fuels and Castrol operating units.
With the roster design concluded, a closed pitch was held with WPP formulating a response to populate this model from within its stable of agency services (previous incumbents had been Ogilvy and Mindshare only).
May 2018 saw the announcement that WPP had secured the relationship with a bespoke ‘Team Energy’ approach fulfilling the model design and recommended ways of working to deliver the best capabilities and services from across the holding company.
