The Grey Debate – ‘From Champagne To Lemonade’ kicked Friday off in fine style, aiming to address the issues of money and talent ebbing away from the industry, and posing the question of what can we (and moreover agencies) do about it?

Chaired by the awesome Colin Lamberton ECD of Grey Amsterdam the seminar was packed with insightful contributions from Richard Hol, Senior writer at Grey Amsterdam, giving a creative and account managers perspective and was rounded off by the brilliant Stuart Pocock, Managing Partner at pitch consultancy The Observatory, who gave us the more in depth view of the business as a whole.
